Movement and yoga classes
Being a professional dancer, I know firsthand the benefits of expressing emotions through movement. That's why I created a movement class, called dance therapy where people can let go of all their pent-up stress and release some endorphins with the help of highly emotion-charged music, and simple and easy-to-follow movement to activate energy blocks within the body. No pre-training is required, and it’s perfect for any age and body type. It’s not too heavy exercise, more like freeing and loosening. Additionally, I also designed a yoga class where I combine traditional yoga with elements of dance training for added fun and benefits to elevate yoga to a new height, and develop our artistic skills at the same time.
SoulSeeker Courses
Level 1 - for the mind
It includes learning the basic technique of Spiritual response therapy, and acquiring all kinds of inner communication and emotion processing skills in individual and group settings.
Level 2 - for the body and the ego
It can be taken on its own, separately from any other SoulSeeker event. No pre-training is required. You will be acquiring a brand new skill set, with which you will be able to better navigate in life and with people by gaining deep insight into the ancient studies of Numerology and Enneagram, and learning how to draw up a birth chart and read your own as well as other people's energy.
Level 3 - for the spirit
The completion of levels one and two of the SoulSeeker program is required for this course. It involves learning about the basic nature as well as functioning principles of the spirit at great length, as well as the ins and outs of cellular healing.
